Questions
Does this make me RRP compliant?
No app can. Compliance comes from doing the work practices correctly. RRP Binder helps you record that you did, in the format the rule describes. It is a record-keeping aid, not legal advice.
Do I still need to be certified?
Yes. Your firm needs EPA (or state) certification and each job needs a certified renovator. The app stores your certificate numbers and reminds you before they expire.
My state runs its own lead program. Does it work there?
Fifteen states run their own RRP program. You get the federal checklist everywhere; state-specific extras are added state by state after we verify them.
What if I have no signal?
Everything works offline. Your records sync to backup when you're back online.
