Who is responsible
RRP Binder is operated by Bhumika Dhote, Kleinreuther Weg 72, 90408 Nürnberg, Germany ("we"). Contact: founder@myeasytool.net. We are the controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Beta waitlist: your email address, the role you select, the page you came from, the country derived from your IP address, and the time you signed up.
- In the app: your business details (name, contact details, certificate numbers), the job records you create (addresses, client names and contact details, checklist answers, photos, signatures, voice notes and their text) and, when you take photos, the location of the photo.
- Subscriptions: handled by Apple. We receive a purchase status, not your payment details.
Where it is stored
Job records are stored on your device first. If you turn on backup, they are stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (our hosting provider). Voice notes are converted to text on your iPhone. If a feature ever sends text to an AI provider, we will tell you in the app and ask first.
Why we use it (legal basis)
To provide the app and backup you asked for (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to email you about the beta you signed up for (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage), Apple (App Store, subscriptions), and an email delivery provider. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries: until the beta launches plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe. Job records: as long as your account exists. EPA rules ask contractors to keep RRP records for 3 years; you can export them at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your backed-up data within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA). California residents: we do not sell or share personal information.
Children
RRP Binder is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
