RRP Binder

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. The service

RRP Binder is a record-keeping tool that helps renovation contractors document work under the US EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting rule (40 CFR Part 745, Subpart E) and similar state programs.

2. Not legal advice, not a certification

RRP Binder does not certify compliance, does not determine whether lead-based paint is present, and does not give legal advice. You remain responsible for being properly certified, following lead-safe work practices, and meeting every federal, state and local requirement. Checklists summarise the rule and may not cover requirements specific to your state or job.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for having permission to record client information, photos and signatures. You keep ownership of your data and can export it at any time.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Apple's App Store, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and are managed in your Apple ID settings. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own exports of important records.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for fines, penalties, claims or losses arising from your renovation work or your compliance obligations. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent and gross negligence).

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app before material changes take effect.

8. Law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
